This policy covers all orders placed through memoiredetissus.com. We ship worldwide — 100+ countries and territories. Shipping is free on every order; no minimum spend, no codes, no exceptions.

SHP-03 · Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day from our Clarksville, MD facility. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.
SHP-04 · Customs & duties
For orders outside the United States, import duties and taxes are not included in our prices. They are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection.
SHP-05 · Tracking & issues
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at contact@memoiredetissus.com or (831)2387631 with your order number. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded after carrier confirmation.
