RET-01 · Scope
Every order from memoiredetissus.com carries a free 30-day return guarantee. Return shipping is on us — we email you a prepaid label. There are no restocking fees.
RET-02 · The window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Start it by emailing contact@memoiredetissus.com with your order number, or use the contact form. After 30 days, returns are handled case-by-case for defects only.
RET-03 · Condition
Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Try-ons are expected — we mean unworn outside the fitting room. Footwear: try on carpeted surfaces only; scuffed soles can't be resold and may be refused.
RET-04 · How to start a return
- Email contact@memoiredetissus.com with your order number and the items to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.
- Pack the items, attach the label, drop at any carrier point.
- Refund is issued within 3 business days of our receiving the parcel.
RET-05 · Refunds

RET-06 · Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return and place a fresh order for the right size — it's faster than an exchange queue, and both legs ship free.
RET-07 · Damaged or wrong items
Send a photo to contact@memoiredetissus.com within 14 days of delivery. We ship the replacement immediately and cover all return postage for the faulty item.
