PRV-01 · What we collect

When you shop with us we collect: contact details (name, email, phone), shipping and billing addresses, order contents, and payment confirmation (processed by Shopify — we never see or store your card number). If you join The Cut List, we store your email for newsletters.

PRV-02 · How we use it

• To process, ship, and support your orders.
• To send order updates and, only with consent, marketing emails.
• To improve the store (aggregated, anonymized analytics).

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

PRV-03 · Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the store: Shopify (platform & payments), our shipping carriers (to deliver parcels), and email providers (to send order updates). Each is bound by contract to use your data only for our services.

PRV-04 · Cookies

We use essential cookies for the cart and checkout, and optional analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

PRV-05 · Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@memoiredetissus.com. We respond within 30 days. California and EU/UK residents: use our Do Not Sell / Share page for opt-out requests.
